All items purchased from LILLYJANES are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

However, LILLYJANES does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by LILLYJANES itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to LILLYJANES or to products you purchase through LILLYJANES shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in the UNITED KINGDOM, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate LILLYJANESs intellectual property rights, LILLYJANES may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of the UNITED KINGDOM, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
Please review our other policies, such as our Returns policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to LILLYJANES. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received it and a member of out team will inspect the item. This process will take no more than 2 working days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you receive a full refund and then your proof of shipping is required.
Cost of return shipping will then be added to your refund.
REFUNDS
If you require a refund and your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the policies with your bank/card issuer etc.
REPLACEMENTS
Unfortunately, due to our items being hand-made, most of them are 'one off's' and so replacement items can not be sent.
